On March 23, 1775, in the lead-up to the Revolutionary War, Patrick Henry stood on the floor of the Second Virginia Convention at St. John's Episcopal Church in Richmond, Virginia and offered amendments to raise a militia to combat the increasingly belligerent British Empire.
ACP Virginia went to the Port of Norfolk to continue our efforts to organize truck drivers. Drivers are still frustrated about declining rates, but many also expressed fear about how the Iran War would impact business. As usual, the Epstein Class gets rich while we struggle!

ACP Virginia and Maryland went to Palestine House of Freedom DC for a screening of late director Mohammad Bakri’s film Since You’ve Been Gone. The film followed Bakri reflecting on his deceased mentor, Palestinian author and member of the Israeli Communist Party Emil Habibi.
